Notary Rates at Blue House Notary 

In accordance with Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11), a Georgia notary public may charge no more than $2.00 per notarial act. This fee applies only to the act of notarization itself.

Any additional fees quoted or charged by this business reflect permitted services separate from the notarial act, including but not limited to mobile travel, time, document handling, printing, after-hours availability, or specialized services. These fees are not regulated by statute and are disclosed to the client in advance.

Clients will always be informed of all fees prior to services being rendered.
