Refund Policy
Blue House Notary LLC provides professional mobile notary services, and fees reflect the time, travel, and expertise required for each appointment. Because notarial acts must be performed in person and cannot be “undone,” completed notary services are non-refundable.

Cancellations:
Clients may cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any pre-paid travel or service fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, as the time has already been reserved.
Missed Appointments:
If the signer is unavailable, unprepared, lacks proper identification, or otherwise cannot complete the notarization at the scheduled time, the appointment is considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable.

Errors by Blue House Notary LLC:
If a notarial act cannot be completed due to an error on the part of the notary, Blue House Notary LLC will either correct the issue at no additional charge or provide a refund for that portion of the service.

Travel Fees:
Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary has begun traveling to the appointment location.
