Blue House Notary was created with a simple belief: essential services should be accessible, trustworthy, and centered around people. Documents may be made of paper, but the lives they impact are anything but. Behind every signature there’s a story, buying a first home, caring for a loved one, launching a business, securing a future. These are all moments that deserve clarity, respect, and peace of mind.
Our business grew from our Founder Naseera Bland seeing how difficult it can be for people to find notary support when they truly need it. After becoming a caretaker for ill parents at a young age, she found many difficulties in finding public notary services that were able to show up to hospice care centers and hospitals. This brought to light for her the dire need for notary services that will were mobile. Busy schedules, mobility challenges, family commitments, and urgent deadlines often make traditional office-based notarization inconvenient or out of reach. We set out to change that.

As a mobile notary service, we meet people where they are, literally. Whether it’s a kitchen table at the end of a long day, a hospital room during an emotional moment, a bustling office with tight timelines, or a quiet coffee shop where a business deal is taking shape, we bring professionalism, compassion, and steady guidance to the process.
